Main Hall Rental Includes the entire downstairs and courtyard area. Complete with baby grand piano from 1902, the same year Historic Firehouse No2 was built, a gallery area, a beautifully decorated gift closet, a sweet little DIY photobooth area, a buffet serving area featuring a 10′ long antique counter, a beverage station, saloon area with keg cooler and refrigerated storage, two very large restrooms, one with baby-changing station and a spacious, efficient catering kitchen and recycling area in the back of the house.
Our Uniquely Vintage Venue is Intimate Yet Spacious, enough to accommodate your parties, events and celebrations of all sizes. Turn of the century ambiance creates a first-floor space that is large enough for 250 people yet intimate enough for much smaller celebrations. Larger events may wish to make use of our second floor saloon and party rooms whether for a wedding or a larger, two-story event where guests have two floors to explore and additional intimate spaces to explore and gather!
Add these Convenient Services for a Perfect Party:
Bar Service: $50 per hour per bartender $100 setup/down fee; ends one hour before end time of event, with a five hour maximum. You bring your own alcohol for an open bar, served by our bartender(s). We allow beer, wine, champagne and two signature cocktails, no shots please. Firehouse bar service includes a filtered ice water self-serving station with recyclable plastic cups, ice and ice service where our Firehouse bartender(s) not only serve(s) your beer, wine and cocktails, they will also keep all your beverage canisters filled and iced throughout your event. CO2 and taps for kegs are also included in bar service and our glassware is available at $1 each…or feel free to bring your own.
Upstairs Spaces Available include our “Bridal Party-Party Room” above, and/or our “Groom’s Room” complete with its own saloon, ping-pong and foosball tables:
Our Courtyard Garden delights with a profusion of flora and a massive Liberty Elm shading this 6,000 square foot green escape. The courtyard garden is graced with a brick patio area that includes a fire pit in the center and a replica of an ancient columned Folly by Stone Effects called “Perchance to Dream”. There is nothing more beautiful than a photo of a young couple pledging their vows in front of this unique structure. While there is no smoking or vaping in our courtyard garden, we offer a small “cigar bar” outdoor patio area, a very cute “smoking room” just off the saloon, yet another perfect spot for photos, train watching and to catch a great sunset!
Catering Area adds precious space and flexibility to your event with lots of storage and countertop space, a microwave, a commercial ice machine, a large refrigerator with freezer, a rolling butcher block, several beverage canisters, champagne or wine buckets and an assortment of platters, cake stands and assorted flower vases.
Firehouse Family is on site throughout your event, keeping the floors picked up, spills mopped and quietly keeping your event running smoothly. Basically, you’re working with a net, something our Firehouse crews are really good at!
“Green Team” service is included in every event. Our Green Team collects, separates and recycles all waste from your event. Nothing goes in the landfill except trash that is not recyclable. Located in the catering kitchen area, we separate and recycle your paper, plastic, cardboard, glass, aluminum and food scraps where possible. Historic Firehouse No2 is proud to recycle as much as we can. We have cut waste by over 80% since adding this service nearly 10 years ago.
Electronics available at $75 each; choose from these four, or bring your own: If it’s your own playlist of music, we have a sound bar with bass subwoofer in the main hall…perfect for background music or turn it up for the dance floor. Our 650 watt PA is perfect if you need microphones for ceremonies or presentations inside or out. Visual presentations can choose from our Samsung Flat Screen TV or our Digital Projector that connects to cell phone, tablet or laptop.
Tables and Chairs for up to 200 guests are included in all events. Firehouse staff will set up once and take down one time for each event. Linens and centerpieces are available through our venue or you may bring in your own. The tables are 5′ rounds and the chairs are white resin with a 300# weight bearing capacity.
Reserve Your Date with a deposit of 50% of the room rental amount. The rest is due two weeks prior to event along with a $200 (completely refundable) damage deposit. Payments, by check, may be made to accommodate any budget up to two weeks out from event.

- 1 – 3′ square sweetheart table
Photographers and Videographers, are welcome at our Historic Firehouse No2. We offer special day rates for extended shoots or a minimum rental both to videographers and still photographers to use our amazing, historic spaces as a photo studio. Here are some of them at work:
