Bar Service is $25 per hour per bartender and ends one hour before end of event. with a five hour maximum, your alcohol, (beer, wine, champagne and two signature cocktails, no shots) and with our bartenders. We also provide a filtered ice water serving station with recyclable plastic cups in our saloon area. Music, whether live or recorded, ends when bar closes.
Reserve Your Date with a deposit of 50% of the room rental amount. The rest is due two weeks prior to event along with a $200 (completely refundable) damage deposit. Payments, by check, may be made to accommodate any budget up to two weeks out from event.

Our Unique Venue is Perfect for parties, events and celebrations of all sizes. The turn of the century ambiance creates a first-floor space that is large enough for 250 people yet intimate enough for much smaller celebrations. Larger events may wish to make use of our second floor saloon and party rooms whether for a wedding or a larger fundraising event where guests have two floors to explore and intimate spaces to gather!
Spaces Included in Rentals include our main hall, complete with 1902 baby grand piano, two large restroom areas, one with baby-changing station, a gallery area, a gift closet, a DIY photobooth, an antique buffet serving area, and a beverage or saloon area. Other spaces (photos under “Spaces” on website) add a 6,000 square foot, beautiful courtyard garden, an expansive, efficient catering area, a “smoking room” and a recycling station for our “Green Team” to the long list of amenities available.
Amenities & Services Include tables & chairs set up once and taken down once for up to 200 guests. Our green team collects, separates and recycles all waste from your event. Nothing goes in the landfill except trash that is not recyclable. We provide a filtered ice water station with cups at our saloon/beverage area. Firehouse staff is on site throughout your event to keep the floors picked up, spills mopped up and generally to help in the background of your event. Basically, you’re working with a net!
Tables and Chairs for up to 200 guests are included in all events and will be set up and taken down one time for each event. The tables are 5′ rounds and the chairs are white resin with a 300# weight bearing capacity.
Catering Area adds precious space and flexibility to your event with lots of storage and countertop space, a rolling butcher block, a commercial ice machine, a large refrigerator/freezer, several beverage canisters, champagne or wine buckets and an assortment of flower vases.

Photographers and Videographers, are welcome at our Historic Firehouse No2. We offer special day rates for extended shoots or a minimum rental both to videographers and still photographers to use our amazing, historic spaces as a photo studio. Here are some of them at work:
