Historic Firehouse No2 offers multiple pricing levels in an effort to meet all budgets. Our unique venue is perfect for parties, events and celebrations of all sizes. The turn of the century ambiance creates a space that is large enough for 250 people yet intimate enough for smaller celebrations.
Reserve the Date for your special event with a deposit of 50% (cash or check only.) The rest is due two weeks prior to event along with a $200 (completely refundable) damage deposit.
Rental includes: Main Hall, including *Gallery Area, Gift Closet, Photobooth, Buffet Table, Bar/Beverage area, 1902 Baby Grand Piano, Smoking Area, Filtered Ice Water Station, Recycling Station, Catering Area, Tables & Chairs and beautiful Courtyard Garden. *Photos of all areas are under “Spaces” tab of website.”

All Rentals Include furniture on site, mostly vintage antiques like the arts and crafts style desk or our early 1900’s sideboard which is a perfect guest book location just inside the front door. Our gorgeous baby grand piano was assembled in 1902, the same year our Historic Firehouse was built, and it sounds fantastic in our 115-year-old venue.
Tables & Chairs to seat 200 guests are included, dimensions below:
- 24 – 5′ round tables (seat 8-10)
- 200 – white resin folding chairs
- 8 – 6′ rectangle tables (30″ x 72″)
- 6 – 2′ square tables (seat 2 each)
- 6 – tall cocktail tables (seat 2 each)
- 1 each – king and queen chairs
- 1 – 3′ square sweetheart table
Handy Amenities in the catering area are all for your convenience. They include lots of countertop space, a rolling butcher block, an ice machine, refrigerator/freezer, three cold beverage canisters, champagne or wine buckets and an assortment of vases. We also provide a filtered ice water serving station with recyclable plastic cups in our saloon area.
Photographers, portrait artists and film crews, political campaigns or catalog and print media production crews are welcome at Historic Firehouse No2. We offer special day rates for extended shoots, while our minimum rental to photographers to use our space as a photo studio is $50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
