Historic Firehouse No2 offers multiple pricing levels in an effort to meet all budgets. Our unique venue is perfect for parties, events and celebrations of all sizes. The turn of the century ambiance creates a space that is large enough for 250 people yet intimate enough for much smaller celebrations.
Reserve the Date for your special event with a deposit of 50%. The rest is due two weeks prior to event along with a $200 (completely refundable) damage deposit.

Historic Firehouse Special Services:
*$25-$50 Per Hour/Bar Service: Five hour maximum, your alcohol, (beer, wine, champagne and two signature cocktails, no shots) and with our bartenders, bar must close one hour before end of event and music, whether live or recorded, ends at the same time.
$ 200 Rehearsal: 2 hours, day before event, book 1 month out, in conjunction with your booked date (if available)
*Bar Service Fees are based on number of guests and complexity of signature cocktails or other requests beyond our most basic bar service.
All Rentals Include tables & chairs for up to 200 guests and all furniture on site, mostly vintage antiques like the arts and crafts style desk or our early 1900’s sideboard which is a perfect guest book location just inside the front door. In addition, we provide a gallery area, a gift closet, a do-it-yourself photobooth, antique food buffet table and an antique sweetheart table with “king & queen” chairs. Our gorgeous baby grand piano was assembled in 1902, the same year our Historic Firehouse was built, and it sounds fantastic in our 115-year-old venue.

Handy Amenities in the catering area are all for your convenience. They include lots of countertop space, a rolling butcher block, an ice machine, refrigerator/freezer, three cold beverage canisters, champagne or wine buckets and an assortment of vases. We also provide a filtered ice water serving station with recyclable plastic cups in our saloon area.
Photographers, whether product or portrait artists, are welcome at Historic Firehouse No2. We offer special day rates for extended shoots, while our minimum rental to still photographers to use our space as a photo studio is $50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Film crews are priced by the day or half-day.
